A business at the leading edge of utility supply, although its roots are from the CEGB of the 60's and 70's, the business has the focus, determination and vision of a company that understands the need to embrace and leverage IT technologies to facilitate innovative business process improvement.

To support this philosophy in ‘leading edge' techniques, Powergen's HR function, headed in the UK by Steve Williams, made the decision to implement Rebus HR, an integrated payroll and personnel system with ‘self service' capability.

CCL was engaged to ratify the decision to engage Rebus and take on the role of Programme Manager for the implementation.  The first phase of the project is currently on time, within budget and meeting expectations.
