Powergen
To support this philosophy in ‘leading edge' techniques, Powergen's HR function, headed in the UK by Steve Williams, made the decision to implement Rebus HR, an integrated payroll and personnel system with ‘self service' capability.
CCL was engaged to ratify the decision to engage Rebus and take on the role of Programme Manager for the implementation. The first phase of the project is currently on time, within budget and meeting expectations.
