We are completely independent of any vendors and as such are perfectly placed to ensure that the most appropriate system is selected to meet the exact requirements of your business.

 

Investing in a new system is one of the most significant investments in terms of time and money that an organisation can make.

 

By their nature, modern integrated systems can have an impact on every part of the business and in many cases can result if not implemented correctly in failure.

Our aim is to ensure that our clients’ interests are protected at all times and that in doing so, they receive the maximum return on their, often very significant investment.

In helping many hundreds of clients select a business system over the last 25 years, CCL’s methodology has provided assistance in the following areas:

  • The production of a detailed specification of functional requirements for both current and future needs
  •  A detailed review and mapping of business processes; both current (as is) and future (to be)
  • The preparation of an Invitation to Tender (ITT)
  • The CCL ITT presents the client’s requirements to potential suppliers in a clear, concise and unambiguous fashion

 

 

This document is comprehensive and will ultimately form part of the sales contract between the Client and Supplier Through supplier pre-qualification. (The ITT is of little value if it is submitted to inappropriate suppliers.)

Objective and structured supplier evaluations. CCL’s methodology ensures that evaluations are objective, detailed and focused upon what the organization is seeking rather than what the supplier is selling

Contractual and commercial guidance. CCL’s substantial expertise, experience and awareness of the market can often add significant value at this stage in the procurement process
